1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using any MFC (Millionaire Founder Club) product, service, or community, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

MFC is operated by Millionaire Founder Club, powered by UMO Labs AI. These terms apply to all members, visitors, and users of our platform.

2. Membership and Subscriptions

MFC membership is offered on a monthly ($97/month) or annual ($997/year) subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

Free Trials: Where a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use MFC and its community in a respectful, constructive manner. You must not:

• Share, distribute, or reproduce MFC content, curriculum, or materials outside the platform
• Use MFC content for commercial purposes without written permission
• Harass, abuse, or disrespect other community members
• Post spam, promotional content, or misleading information
• Attempt to circumvent or reverse-engineer any part of the MFC platform

4. Intellectual Property

All MFC content, curricula, brand assets, trademarks, and materials are the intellectual property of Millionaire Founder Club and UMO Labs AI. The MFC Formula, course materials, and branded systems are proprietary and protected.

Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access and use MFC materials for your own learning and business development. This license does not permit redistribution or resale of MFC content.

5. Results and Disclaimer

MFC is an education and community platform - not a financial advisory service. Individual results from applying MFC systems and curriculum vary significantly based on effort, background, niche, market conditions, and many other factors.

Any case studies, income examples, or member results shared on MFC platforms are illustrative of what is possible and are not guarantees of income or success. We make no warranties regarding specific financial outcomes from using MFC products or following MFC curriculum.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MFC and UMO Labs AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your membership in the 12 months preceding any claim.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify active members of material changes via email. Continued use of MFC after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
